- The education setting, year group or broad learner cohort.
- The subject, level and learning need, without naming individual learners.
- The preferred delivery mode, lesson rhythm, timetable and possible start window.
- The outcome or question the pilot should help the school evaluate.
- The safeguarding, privacy, accessibility, procurement and budget questions that need answers.
