Payments, cancellations and refunds

The payment policy explains the separate Tutor Fee and 20% Tutorium Service Fee, independent TuitionFlow handling, customer authorisation, cooling-off rights, cancellation routes, refunds, chargebacks and payout holds.

The current free-cancellation rule is more than 24 hours before the lesson; the applicable 14-day statutory cooling-off rights remain separate. Any VAT charged by Tutorium must be identified in the checkout or invoice rather than added silently. A payment status is not proof that a lesson was delivered.
