Customer and platform terms

These terms explain who operates Tutorium UK, what the platform provides, how a booking is formed, how independent tutors and adult customers share responsibility, and which consumer rights remain protected.

Tutorium shows the Tutor Fee and separate 20% Service Fee before commitment, recognises the applicable 14-day cooling-off rights and does not claim that Tutorium or a tutor is VAT registered without the required confirmation. The full current document contains the booking, payment, safeguarding, complaints, business-user and governing-law clauses.
